رادیو بیگم – FM 90.1 – Kabul
Along with analog, Radio Begum can be heard on FM 90.1 in Kabul. To mark International Women’s Day, Hamida Aman launched The Women’s Weekly on March 8, 2021. All the staff at the station are Afghan women committed to sharing knowledge and skills with others as they pursue their goals.
Radio Begum includes many programs such as those on education, health and psychology, religion and also culture. Both “We Believe in Tomorrow” and “Mother and Child Psychology” bring up different issues about emotions, parents and women.
Although the Taliban regime suspended the radio’s operations early in 2025, it recommenced broadcasting after respecting the new laws. The station continues to provide Afghan women with the knowledge and education they might not get elsewhere because of censorship.

Radio Haqiqat – Aybak is a private radio station in Aybak which serves as the capital of Samangan province. Since it was founded by Internews in 2004, the station tries to provide news, education and cultural programs suited to the local community’s youth and teenagers.
